任职资格
- Diploma / Degree in Property Management, Building Management, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, proactive and eager to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
岗位职责
- Assist in managing the company’s assets, premises and properties
- Coordinate maintenance, vendor and contractor matters
- Assist in monitoring the condition of company premises and assets
- Manage documentation related to properties and assets
- Assist in obtaining quotations and preparing vendor comparisons
- Coordinate maintenance and related projects
- Assist in monitoring costs and operational budget usage
- Conduct site visits when required
