Posses own transport

Able to travel within Klang Valley
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in OEM and aftermarket segments.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and distributors.
Provide technical support and product presentations to customers.
Visit customer sites regularly to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
3. Technical Support
Work closely with the engineering team to recommend suitable products or solutions.
Support customers with installation guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
Provide feedback to the technical team regarding product performance and market requirements.
4. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product training when required.
