Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Talent acquisition skill needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
There's 2 office. Either Menara SuezCap (Bangsar) or Menara M101 (KL).
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Handle employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations
Maintain HR documentation (contracts, personnel files, leave records)
Oversee general office administration and facility management
Process payroll and maintain attendance records
Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce metrics
Executive calendar management & meeting coordination
Corporate correspondence handling (mail/email)
Experienced in hiring livestream / KOL manager is an added advantage
