Summary of Experience

• At least 2 years’ experience in facilities repair and maintenance.

• Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance, including civil, electrical, plumbing and related facilities systems.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and work as team.

• Basic knowledge of general building repair and maintenance.

• Able to work overtime when required.

• Willing to travel around Starbucks outlets.

• Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible to the Starbucks outlets maintenance as required.

• Maintains lighting systems by replacing lamps and performing minor repairs and maintenance.

• Performs general outlet repair and maintenance.• Responsible in plumbing, electrical and civil maintenance of Starbucks outlets

• Orders supplies and maintains inventory of required materials.

• Performs emergency facilities or equipment repairs.

• Maintains organized and clean equipment rooms.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
