Guide customers through loan shortening and debt settlement processes

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Follow up with potential leads and existing customers professionally

Prepare basic financial assessments and documentation

Work closely with the team to achieve monthly targets

Attend training and mentoring sessions provided by the company
