Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering/Sound Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Information Technology

At least 2 year of working experience in related fields

Target oriented & ability to work under pressure to meet target.

Good communication & leadership skills

Good in time management

Posses driving license (Motor or Car)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, knowledge of relevant technology & software (add-on advantages)

Willing to travel when required (add-on advantages)

System Deployment: Handle the precise routing, termination and connection of audio, video, lighting and control cabling before mounting the hardware.

Installation & Integration: Support and participate in the seamless mounting, configuration and commissioning of premium AV & Lighting setups.

Project-Oriented Flexibility: Willingness to adapt working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, when pushing to meet critical project deadlines and launch milestones.

Handover & Training: Conduct professional on-site system training for clients and provide technical standby support during launch events at newly installed sites.

After-Sales Support: Maintain systems and provide proactive after-sales technical service to both new and existing project sites.

Smart Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical software and hardware issues quickly to ensure minimal client downtime.
