SPM or 3 years of experience in manufacturing/production.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good understanding of production planning and process optimization.

Knowledge of quality systems (ISO standards preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

To ensure workers assemble fans according to respective work instruction

To issue material to assembly floor according to Bill of Material, Assembly Order or Production

To ensure material is sufficient for production

To give on job training to workers.

To propose purchase tooling & fasterners.

To take care of safety work environment.

To ensure all the machinery & electric have been switch off before leaving factory.

To carry out maintenance jobs for machinery.

To keep production floor clean

Participate in Process Improvement.

To support & maintain 7S activities in company
