· Candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Human Resource.
· Possess good computer literacy with Microsoft and HR related tools (MS Office and HR system).
· Familiar with Malaysia labour laws and regulations.
· Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written i.e. through phone, e-mail and in-person).
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
· Responsible, trustworthy and possess the right attitude and aptitude to learn and improve company HR processes.
岗位职责
1. Manage the recruitment process for the company which includes screening, shortlisting, coordination and arrangement of interviews; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
2. To handle reference / background check for pre-employment of new staff.
3. Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records in organized and confidential manner.
4. To prepare all related HR document i.e.: offer letter / confirmation / promotion / increment / transfer of staff / resignation acceptance etc.
5. Ensure the compliance of Company Handbook & Policies with the Malaysian Employment Act and recommend best practices
6. Preparation and processing of staff salaries, statutory and other payroll-related matters; liaise with statutory government bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDCorp etc.
7. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters
8. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
9. Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and within deadlines
10. Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, commissions, bonuses, deductions, and unpaid leave
11. Maintain payroll records and employee salary information
12. Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
13. Prepare salary letters, EA forms, and employment-related documentation
14. Maintain confidentiality of payroll information
15. Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management
