Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and colleagues.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients.
Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
Stock and maintain inventory levels for service areas, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and customer service.
