Job Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in kitchen operations or similar position.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
Ensure food preparation and presentation meet company standards.
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen activities.
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene at all times.
Support inventory control and stock ordering.
Ensure all dishes are prepared on time during service.
Assist in maintaining kitchen discipline and teamwork.
Follow all food safety and SOP guidelines set by the company.
