• 2–4 years of social media or community marketing experience, ideally in a consumer, fashion, or lifestyle brand

• Solid understanding of how Instagram and TikTok organic reach works — algorithms, formats, engagement signals

• Outgoing, confident communicator — comfortable approaching creators, building relationships, representing the brand externally

• Can write in both English and Bahasa Malaysia in a warm, refined brand tone

• Commercially aware — connects content activity to business outcomes, not just vanity metrics

• Organised and data-literate — able to read basic analytics and translate them into action

• Bonus: basic design skill or familiarity with CapCut / Canva

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Media, or related fields

• Own MNML's organic reach growth on Instagram (primary) and TikTok/XHS (secondary) — accountable for month-on-month improvement

• Plan the monthly content calendar together with our Brand Content Creator — you drive the strategy, she brings it to life visually

• Manage a consistent UGC pipeline — targeting 30 approved creator posts per month through gifting and affiliate programme

• Source and activate minimum 5 micro KOL collaborations monthly — focus on authentic brand fit, not just follower count

• Repurpose and adapt IG content for TikTok in a native, platform-appropriate style

• Manage community engagement — comments, DMs, and brand conversations — in MNML's warm brand tone

• Support retail marketing moments — store openings, mall activations, and campaign launches that span online and offline

• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth, and next steps
