职位描述

任职资格

  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor and/or Building Management

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field

  • Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office and MS Project

  • Possess good organisation and time management skills

  • Able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate teamwork

  • Flexible, able to travel and work long hours

岗位职责

  • Coordinate project planning, budgeting, safety, and quality with consultants and contractors.

  • Follow up on drawing approvals with local authorities.

  • Review drawings and estimate materials.

  • Monitor on-site construction progress.

  • Prepare reports for the Project Manager.
