Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor and/or Building Management
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office and MS Project
Possess good organisation and time management skills
Able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate teamwork
Flexible, able to travel and work long hours
Responsibilities
Coordinate project planning, budgeting, safety, and quality with consultants and contractors.
Follow up on drawing approvals with local authorities.
Review drawings and estimate materials.
Monitor on-site construction progress.
Prepare reports for the Project Manager.
