Requirements
- Certificate for improvement in related filled, Diploma & above in accounting, finance, business analysis and etc.
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures; In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); Awareness of business trends;
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements; Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- MS Excel skills including Vlookups / Xlookups and pivot tables take in advanced
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to speak mandarin take in advance
Responsibilities
- Control and manage the financial activities of the companies include general ledger, account payables, account receivables, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling account information.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options.
- Assist with tax audits, tax submission and tax returns
- Submit E-invoice and support month-end and year-end close process
- Smooth out problems within the workplace
- Assist in prepare closing of monthly & yearly management accounts and financial reporting
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
