Requirements

We are looking for a Clerk cum Admin to join our team at UMMI Surgical Sdn BhdinJohor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time role, you will support sales operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth business processes and excellent customer service.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, preferably in the medical/healthcare industry

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues

  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Qualifications

  • Disciplined with a positive attitude and able to work independently

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and a strong team player

  • Proficient in EnglishandBahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)

  • Minimum SPM, STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in a related field

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply


Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide administrative support to the sales/service team, including scheduling with the logistics department and handling customer inquiries.

  • Manage order processing, invoicing, and other sales-related documentation.

  • Assist with general office duties such as answering calls, managing correspondence, and ordering supplies.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.

  • Support ad-hoc tasks as required to maintain workflow efficiency.
