Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Client Relations.
Patient, clear, and professional communication skills.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Live Chat software and ticketing systems (e.g., ClickUp).
Well-versed in Mandarin, Malay, and English (written and verbal). We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
Willing and able to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Support & Communication
Guide users through system features and resolve inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and service-oriented tone across all channels.
2. Issue Resolution & Ticketing
Log all inquiries into the ticketing system (e.g., ClickUp).
Monitor pending tickets and ensure timely resolution per SLAs.
Provide regular updates to customers until issues are fully resolved.
3. Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and resolutions.
Identify recurring issues and escalate insights to management for improvement.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Adhere to SOPs and data protection policies.
Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data.
Perform QA checks on transaction records before approval or escalation.
