Requirements

  • Must be familiar with and actively use AI tools for content creation, writing, editing, or research
  • ⁠Strong hands-on skills in content creation, copywriting, and video production
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and how SEO applies to content
  • Highly creative mindset with excellent storytelling ability in both English and Mandarin
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines
  • ⁠Clear communication skills and strong organisational ability
  • ⁠Good computer literacy and quick adaptability to new tools
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media marketing or professional content creation

Combine smart technology with your creative talent to produce high-quality videos, Reels, graphics, and captions in both English and Mandarin for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Craft compelling stories that resonate deeply, build brand trust, and reflect our unique voice. 
  • Strategy & Planning 
  • Develop and manage a structured monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals and campaigns. Use data and AI insights to research the latest trends, viral formats, and competitor strategies, ensuring our content always feels fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  • Platform Optimization
  • Master social media algorithms, hashtag strategies, and platform-specific formats. Optimise all content using SEO best practices and AI-driven recommendations to significantly boost reach, visibility, and organic growth across every channel.
  • Production & Editing
  • Take full ownership of content production — from filming and photography to advanced video editing, graphic design, and sound design. Leverage AI tools to refine assets, improve quality, and deliver polished, professional results efficiently. 
  • Community Engagement
  • Build a loyal, active community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in both English and Mandarin. Design and run interactive campaigns that encourage participation and deepen our connection with followers.
  • Collaboration & Consistency 
  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure all content maintains a consistent brand message, style, and quality across every channel and language.
  • Performance Analysis
  • Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, and campaign results using analytics tools. Use insights — including AI-generated reports — to refine strategies and continuously improve future content performance.
