Requirements
• Minimum academic qualification: SPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of proven working experience in Business Development, Sales, Hospitality, Beauty, or high-level Client Service.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; professional, well-groomed appearance, and confident presentation style.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally for business requirements.
• Genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong focus on premium client service.
Preferred Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Highly Preferred)
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa Indonesia is a distinct advantage.
• Strong track record in client-facing roles, sales negotiation, and relationship management.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
