Job Description

Requirements

  • •⁠  ⁠Minimum academic qualification: SPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

    •⁠  ⁠At least 1 year of proven working experience in Business Development, Sales, Hospitality, Beauty, or high-level Client Service.

    •⁠  ⁠Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; professional, well-groomed appearance, and confident presentation style.

    •⁠  ⁠Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    •⁠  ⁠Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally for business requirements.

    •⁠  ⁠Genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong focus on premium client service.

    Preferred Qualifications

    •⁠  ⁠Fluent in English and Mandarin (Highly Preferred)

    •⁠  ⁠Proficiency in additional languages such as Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa Indonesia is a distinct advantage.

    •⁠  ⁠Strong track record in client-facing roles, sales negotiation, and relationship management.

    •⁠  ⁠Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

    •⁠  ⁠Strategic Execution: Develop and implement effective business strategies, working closely with marketing and internal teams to ensure alignment and success.

    •⁠  ⁠Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

    •⁠  ⁠Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide clear, timely progress reports to management.
