SPM, Diploma or Degree and above
Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to start working on short notice is preferred.
Able to adapt with Data Centre Industry requirement.
Salary up to 5K.
岗位职责
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
Translate documents, emails, and other communications accurately and efficiently between English and Mandarin, ensuring cultural nuances and technical terminology are correctly conveyed.
Manage and organize company documents, records, and files, ensuring they are up-to-date, easily accessible, and properly archived.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Assist in the preparation of reports, and other business documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
Support the HR department with administrative tasks, such as onboarding new employees.
Facilitate communication between different departments and teams, particularly those involving English and Mandarin speakers.
