• Experience in finance, costing, reporting, Kingdee system, or manufacturing environment is an added advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Able to communicate in Mandarin due to business communication with China counterparts

Finance & Costing Support

• Assist in product costing and costing-related analysis
• Maintain and update costing and financial data accurately
• Support product pricing and quotation analysis
• Monitor material cost and operational expenses
• Assist in monthly finance reporting and variance analysis
• Prepare costing and finance-related reports for management review

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Maintain Kingdee System data accurately
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Support internal audit and management reporting
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time
