Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in repair and maintenance of paper converting machine

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and troubleshooting techniques

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance standards in industrial environments

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines, air compressors, and related equipment

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime

Conduct routine inspections and performance checks to ensure equipment reliability

Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and spare parts usage

Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment

Recommend improvements or modifications to enhance machine efficiency and reduce breakdowns

Support production operations by responding promptly to equipment failures

Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for critical machinery
