Requirements
Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification (Diploma or Degree preferred).
Fluent in English and Mandarin; basic Bahasa Malaysia communication required.
Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Internet savvy and familiar with social media communication.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional support via online chat, email, and social media (Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu).
Handle customer inquiries, order issues, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
Assist with membership, promotions, and product-related questions.
Perform administrative duties such as data entry and document filing.
Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Attend brand briefings to stay informed on new collections and campaigns.
