Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote physical, intellectual, and social-emotional development.

Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care.

Monitor and assess children's progress, keeping detailed records of their development.

Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall program and curriculum.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and address any concerns or questions.
