Requirements

An excellent opportunity has opened up for a SERVICE ADVISOR to join the team at Puchong, ICAUR Dealer. As a customer-facing role, the Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our auto repair and tyre services.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry

  • Candidates must possess at least Certificate or Diploma

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Sound technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures

  • Proficient in computer skills, including the use of automotive software and systems

  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive customer experience

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome customers, providing friendly and attentive service

  • Assess customer vehicle needs and recommend appropriate repair or maintenance solutions

  • Prepare accurate estimates and work orders for vehicle services

  • Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely and high-quality completion of work

  • Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and concerns in a professional and responsive manner

  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and vehicle services

  • Support the overall operations of the auto service center as needed
