Job Description

Requirements

Team Lead:

  • Fresh graduates and school leavers are welcome to apply (no experience required)
  • Experience in confinement centres, daycare centres, childcare centres, or kindergartens is an added advantage
  • KAP certification is preferred
  • Non-smoker
  • Patient, caring, and passionate about working with children
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn and grow

Meal Teacher:

  • Prepare meals and complementary foods for infants and toddlers
  • Plan menus, purchase ingredients, and manage food preparation
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met
  • Handle general kitchen duties, meal distribution, and environment cleanliness
  • Support teachers with meal coordination and meal ordering arrangements

Responsibilities

Team Lead:

  • Support and supervise daily care routines for infants and toddlers 0–4 years old (feeding, diaper changing, nap routines, etc.)
  • Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities that promote sensory development and overall growth
  • Provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children
  • Observe and document children’s developmental progress, and communicate with parents when necessary
  • Assist with daily centre operations and basic administrative tasks
  • Assist in student enrolment and recruitment-related tasks
  • Participate in meetings and training to continuously enhance professional skills

Meal Teacher:
