Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Basic knowledge of social media operations

  • Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu

  • Good communication and writing skills

  • Responsible, proactive, and a team player

  • Able to work independently

  • Basic skills in image editing or short video editing will be an advantage

  • Willing to work overtime, travel, and adapt to flexible working arrangements

  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the company’s social media platforms on a daily basis

  • Plan and create social media content, captions, and posts

  • Manage platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu

  • Assist in shooting and producing short video content

  • Respond to messages and engage with followers

  • Handle tasks related to live streaming on social platforms

  • Support marketing campaigns through content promotion

  • Monitor social media trends and trending topics

  • Help increase brand awareness and audience engagement

  • Complete tasks assigned by management
