Full job description

• Check and prepare food/drinks at the counter before starting work.

• Arrange drinks and yogurt neatly in the refrigerator.

• Ensure the counter is clean, complete, and ready for customers.

• Accept payments using the POS/scanner and provide receipts.

• Assist other departments if required by the supervisor/manager.

• Tidy and clean the counter after the shift ends.

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

• Handle cash transactions accurately.

• Ensure the counter area is always neat, well-organized, clean, and presentable.

• Ensure all counter equipment is functioning properly and report any issues.

• Wash and cut vegetables for kitchen preparation (helper).
