Requirements

  • 拥有人力资源管理、工商管理或相关科系 Diploma / Degree 文凭或学士学位
  • 拥有 1–3 年人力资源相关工作经验(欢迎应届毕业生申请)
  • 能流利使用本地语言沟通;具备中文/华语沟通能力者优先考虑(工作需求)
  • 熟悉马来西亚劳工法令、薪资计算及法定缴纳项目(EPF、SOCSO、EIS)
  • 具备招聘、员工入职安排及员工关系处理经验
  • 具备外劳工作准证(EP/VP)申请处理经验者更佳
  • 能以诚信及专业态度处理机密资料
  • 能说华语者将具备额外优势



  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years HR working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Fluent in local languages; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for work communication
  • Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law, payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Knowledge in foreign worker (EP/VP) processing is an added advantage
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Mandarin speaking is an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • 负责完整招聘流程,包括人才搜寻、面试安排、员工入职及背景调查
  • 处理员工入职、离职及离岗手续安排
  • 管理员工考勤、请假、加班记录及人事报告
  • 准备及处理每月薪资计算,包括薪金、加班费、扣款及法定缴纳事项
  • 管理员工福利,包括 EPF、SOCSO、保险及假期福利
  • 处理员工关系、投诉及绩效管理事务
  • 协调员工培训及发展计划
  • 维护人事记录、员工档案、合约及相关文件
  • 确保公司人力资源政策与程序符合规定并有效执行
  • 处理外劳相关事务,包括 EP/VP 更新、工作准证、体检及文件安排


  • Manage full recruitment cycle (sourcing, interview, onboarding, background checks)
  • Handle employee onboarding, resignation, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain attendance, leave, overtime records and HR reporting
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll (salary, overtime, deductions, statutory submissions)
  • Administer employee benefits (EPF, SOCSO, insurance, leave entitlements)
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management
  • Coordinate training and employee development programs
  • Maintain HR records, personnel files, contracts, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
  • Handle foreign worker matters (EP/VP renewal, permits, medical check-ups, documentation)
