Shipping Supervisor

Location: Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP)
Working Schedule: 5.5 days work week

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing daily shipping and transportation operations to ensure goods are delivered accurately and on time. This role requires managing the shipping team and coordinating closely with the warehouse department and transport vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
-Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations
-Supervisory experience will be an added advantage
-Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
-Familiar with shipping documentation and warehouse operation processes

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily shipping, packing, loading, and delivery operations
-Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
-Coordinate with warehouse teams, drivers, and transport vendors
-Prepare and review shipping-related documentation
-Monitor delivery status and resolve transportation issues
-Lead and train the shipping team to improve operational efficiency
-Maintain shipping records and ensure compliance with safety procedures
