Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws relevant to Malaysia.
Experience with various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
Familiarity with onboarding processes and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with a diverse candidate pool and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working within the HR Management or Consulting sector is highly desirable.
A Diploma qualification is required, with a preference for candidates with further education or certifications in HR or a related field.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the HR Management and Consulting sectors, aligning with PM Advisory Group's growth objectives.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates using diverse channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals) to conducting interviews and extending offers.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, define job requirements, and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions, proactively identifying potential candidates before needs arise.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture and team dynamics.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
Leverage Mandarin language proficiency to source and engage with a wider pool of candidates, particularly for roles requiring bilingual capabilities or targeting specific markets.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance PM Advisory Group's reputation as an employer of choice within the HR Management and Consulting industry.
