Job Description
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline. (Other certifications with relevant experience can be considered).
- Relevant working experience with minimum one(1) year in QS or construction cost management is required.
- Knowledge in fit-out works will be added advantages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and measurement software (AutoCAD).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing tender documents, preparing BOQ and quotation.
- Liaise with sub-contractors/supplier during quotation phase for pricing.
- Conduct site surveying before or after when required.
- Maintain and organised proper documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.
- Maintain / build rapport with clients and sub-contractor/supplier.
