Requirements
• Proven experience in spa or wellness management
• Strong leadership and operational discipline
• Deep understanding of spa treatments, hygiene standards, and guest care
• Ability to build systems from ground up in a structured environment
• Detail oriented with strong sense of ownership

Spa Operations Leadership
• Oversee full operations of a 5 private room spa facility with onsen
• Ensure smooth, consistent day to day service execution
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation

Team Management & Scheduling
• Lead, train, and develop spa therapists and support staff
• Build structured duty rosters to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
• Set clear expectations and uphold service discipline and accountability

Service Standards & SOP Development
• Design, implement, and continuously refine SOPs across all spa functions
• Establish service flows that are seamless, discreet, and guest focused
• Ensure consistency in treatment delivery and guest experience

Inventory & Procurement
• Manage stock levels for spa products, linens, and operational supplies
• Oversee procurement, vendor coordination, and cost control
• Ensure all materials reflect quality and brand positioning

Guest Experience
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects calm confidence and attention to detail
• Handle feedback and service recovery with professionalism and discretion
• Maintain an environment that feels private, safe, and restorative
