Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or FMCG/F&B retail operations

• Experience in F&B retail, beverage industry, or FMCG distribution is highly preferred

• Exposure to modern trade (hypermarket/supermarket) and outlet supply chain is an advantage

• Familiar with warehouse and distribution operations in a retail chain environment

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems (e.g ERP)

• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment

• Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end supply chain operations covering procurement coordination, inventory tracking, warehousing, and distribution

• Coordinate daily stock movement from warehouse to outlets, ensuring timely replenishment for retail operations

• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers to ensure timely production, shipment, and delivery of goods

• Monitor inbound shipments and ensure proper documentation for import/export processes Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and delivery to outlets and customers

• Support modern trade operations including hypermarkets and supermarket accounts, ensuring compliance with delivery requirements and schedules

• Assist in stock planning for outlet operations including new outlet openings, promotions, and seasonal demand Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations

• Ensure inventory accuracy and assist in resolving discrepancies between system and physical stock

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams on daily supply requirements and urgent replenishment needs

• Support logistics arrangement and delivery scheduling to ensure efficient distribution flow
