Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 1–3 years of working experience in logistics or warehouse coordination.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory systems.

Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Knowledge in industrial materials or trading environment is an added advantage.

Handle daily logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.

Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare and verify delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, and related documents.

Plan and monitor inventory movement between warehouse and customers.

Manage and update logistics records and filing system accurately.

Assist in monitoring stock levels and liaising with the procurement team for replenishment.

Support administrative tasks related to logistics and warehouse management.
