Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years working experience

• Hands-on builder (not theory-focused)

• Has explored AI tools beyond basic usage

• Able to convert ideas into working prototypes

• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn fast

Essential

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent self-taught experience)

• Basic programming skills (Python preferred)

• Understanding of APIs and system integration

• Strong problem-solving mindset

• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and project requirements

Mandatory (Key Filter)

• Must have built at least ONE AI-related project, such as:

  • Chatbot using LLM API (e.g., OpenAI or similar)

  • AI-assisted automation script

  • Simple AI application (e.g., document Q&A, prompt-based tool)

• Develop automation scripts, internal tools, and simple applications

• Integrate systems via APIs and data workflows

• Support development of AI-powered features (chatbots, assistants, automation tools)

• Work with structured and unstructured data

• Assist in deployment, testing, and debugging

• Continuously explore and apply modern AI tools and technologies

• Work on real AI-driven projects, not just theory
