Min SPM or equivalent

At least 3 years of CNC milling experience

Able to read and interpret work orders and blueprints

Knowledge of machine operation

Proficient in using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators)

Knowledge of CNC controls such as Brother and Hurco

Experience with machining software such as SolidCAM

Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting speeds, and tooling

Experience in precision machining environment

Able to work within tight tolerances and precision requirements

Able to perform tooling setup and offset adjustment

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Able to verify workpieces using precision measuring tools to ensure conformance to specifications

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines according to specifications

Review and verify work order before machining

Inspect workpieces to ensure it meets the required specifications

Perform routine maintenance on machines as required

Coordinate job scheduling and workflow priorities with supervisor

Adhere to quality standards, housekeeping and safety practices

Support continuous improvement initiatives and workflow efficiency

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
