Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field;
Minimum 1–3 years of procurement experience in the construction industry is preferred;
Able to communicate in Mandarin;
Familiar with construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes;
Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills;
Good organizational skills with attention to detail;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
Able to work independently and as part of a team;
Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for construction materials and services;
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with project requirements and company policies;
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely supply of materials to project sites;
Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new suppliers;
Compare prices, quality, and specifications to ensure cost-effective purchasing;
Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams on procurement matters;
Maintain proper documentation and records of all procurement activities;
Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
