Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar role.

• Experience in seafood or food-related industry will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Training will be provided as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prepared sales presentations using scripts to explain products or services and persuade potential customers.

• Contact businesses and individual customers via telephone and email.

• Explain product features, services, and pricing; respond to customer inquiries professionally.

• Obtain and accurately record customer information such as name, address, and payment details.

• Prepare quotations based on customer requests.

• Enter customer orders into the system and maintain accurate sales records.

• Record customer feedback, purchasing decisions, and reactions for follow-up purposes.

• Handle incoming calls from potential customers generated through advertisements or campaigns.

• Conduct follow-ups on initial contacts to close sales opportunities.

• Maintain organized records of contacts, accounts, and orders.

• Schedule appointments for sales representatives or customer sales presentations when required.
