Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree
2 years working experience preferred
Experience in logistics/shipping is an added advantage
Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate with good typing skills
Independent, proactive, multitasker, and detail-oriented
Salary based on experience and exposure
Responsibilities
Arrange and Follow up on bookings, customs clearance, and delivery arrangements
Handle customer enquiries
Coordinate closely with operations team and overseas agents
Provide shipment updates and effective solutions
Ensure timely responses to customer requests and enquiries
Build strong and long-term customer relationships
Follow up on customer satisfaction and service quality
Able to work independently
Coordinate with the team to continuously improve customer experience
