Mould Installation & Setup

Perform installation and removal of moulds on production machines.

Ensure correct mould alignment, clamping, and machine setup.

Carry out mould changeover as per production schedule.

Mould Maintenance

Conduct routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on moulds.

Inspect mould components for wear and damage.

Perform minor repairs or adjustments to extend mould life.

Troubleshooting & Support

Identify and troubleshoot mould-related problems during production.

Provide technical support to operators and maintenance team.

Assist in mould testing and trial runs.

Tooling & Mould Management

Keep accurate records of mould usage, maintenance, and storage.

Maintain mould inventory and ensure proper storage conditions.

Follow tagging procedures for defective or under-repair moulds.

Safety & Housekeeping

Comply with company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the moulding area.

Participate in 5S and safety improvement activities.
