Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education or EdTech.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.

Experience with content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design tools.

Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.

Campaigns & Promotions - You'll plan and execute exciting marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and in-store activities — coordinating with our outlet teams to bring ideas to life and tracking results to keep improving.

Social Media & Digital Marketing - Own our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, and more). You'll create content, write captions, manage community engagement, and run paid ads (Meta Ads) — all while working closely with our Senior Marketing lead on strategy.

Branding & Creative Coordination - Work hand-in-hand with our designers to produce posters, digital assets, menus, and marketing collateral — ensuring everything is on-brand and polished before it goes out.

Events & Activations - From wedding showcase events to festive campaigns, you'll be on the ground supporting event planning, vendor coordination, and execution — making sure everything runs smoothly.

Customer Engagement & CRM - Support our membership programmes, e-vouchers, and loyalty campaigns. You'll engage with customers on marketing-related matters and help maintain our customer database.

Research & Reporting - Keep your finger on the pulse — research competitors, gather customer feedback, and prepare weekly/monthly reports to share insights with the team.
