Job Description

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Interior Design, Quantity Servey or equivalent.

  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin.

  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel

  • Good attitude and willing to learn.

  • Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Required to have good skills in Excel.

  • Required to have attention to detail.

  • Able to prepare quotation/bill of quantity.

  • Able to prepare budgeting for projects.

  • Able to work within a tight schedule.

  • Able to get costing from supplier or contractor.

  • Basic knowledge of construction materials is preferred.

  • Good in calculation & formula is preferred.

  • Good understanding of English is preferred.
