Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens, to answer customer questions confidently.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow and a positive dining experience.
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction and a positive resolution.
