Basic design sense and strong visual aesthetics

Able to create dynamic subtitles and simple motion graphics

Creative thinker with ability to work independently

Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

Open to feedback, revisions, and fast-paced adjustments

Sensitive to social media trends and performance marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, engagement)

Plan, shoot, and edit advertising video content

Produce ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms

Create high-conversion marketing videos based on company KPIs and campaign goals

Develop multiple video variations for A/B testing and performance optimization

Optimize ad creatives based on user behavior, audience targeting, and campaign data

Write video scripts, captions, and content copy aligned with brand tone and marketing strategy

Understand audience pain points and produce conversion-focused ad content
