Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and engage customers
Confident in handling phone calls and responding professionally to customer enquiries or objections
Positive attitude, customer-focused, and willing to learn
Basic computer knowledge; experience using CRM systems is an added advantage
Able to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce and promote student accommodation services
Follow up with leads and enquiries by providing accurate information and friendly assistance
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable accommodation options
Update and maintain customer information in the system accurately
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and customer service process
Achieve individual and team targets for customer engagement and conversions
