任职资格
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of management, operations, consulting, training, or related business experience.
Hands-on experience in at least ONE business function such as operations, leadership, HR, finance, or sales management.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Able to identify business challenges and provide practical solutions for SME clients.
Passionate about helping business owners and teams achieve growth.
Good interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
Experience in coaching, consulting, training, or SME business environments will be an added advantage.
岗位职责
Provide coaching, consulting, and practical business solutions to SME clients based on proven business systems and frameworks.
Identify operational and management challenges faced by businesses and provide actionable recommendations.
Support SME business owners in areas such as leadership, operations, HR, sales management, and business development.
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term engagement.
Collaborate with enrollment, consulting, and training teams to ensure smooth program execution.
Assist in training sessions, workshops, and business coaching activities.
Monitor client progress and provide follow-up support when required.
Participate in internal projects, discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent client experience throughout the engagement process.
