Job Description

Requirements

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Effectively manage and coordinate logistics operations, including shipment tracking, documentation, and liaising with carriers and clients to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Accurately input and maintain customer and shipment data in the company's system, ensuring data integrity and completeness for reporting and operational efficiency.

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer complaints and logistical challenges promptly and effectively.

  • Utilize excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to interact professionally with a diverse clientele and internal teams.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced logistics setting.

  • Possess 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer service or logistics coordination role, with a strong understanding of the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, addressing questions about logistics services, shipment status, and delivery schedules.

  • Proactively manage and resolve customer issues and complaints, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Accurately enter and update customer information, shipment details, and service requests into the company's logistics management system, ensuring data integrity.

  • Collaborate effectively with the logistics coordination team to track shipments, arrange pickups and deliveries, and provide timely updates to customers.

  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.

  • Process customer orders, manage documentation, and ensure all necessary paperwork for shipments is completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues and sharing knowledge to improve overall customer service performance.

  • Gather customer feedback and report any recurring issues or suggestions for service improvement to management.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to customer service, including filing, record-keeping, and preparing reports.
