• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related field) or equivalent practical experience.

• Entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates eager to launch a career in application engineering.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

• Understanding of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) principles and systems.

• Experience or strong aptitude for providing technical support and troubleshooting to customers or internal teams.

• Ability to offer application support, assisting clients in selecting and implementing appropriate solutions.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with a diverse client base.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and product offerings within the HVAC industry.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to project success.

• Provide comprehensive technical support in HVAC system design and proposal development, including:

- Customized AHU and controller design

- Heat load calculations, equipment selection, and AutoCAD drafting

- Fresh air and indoor air quality (IAQ) system design

- Centralized control system design

- CFD analysis

- Duct sizing calculations

- Preparation of technical presentation materials

• Engage with clients for technical discussions and presentations

• Conduct internal and external technical training sessions
