Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience (experience in professional firms is an advantage)
Hands-on experience in payroll processing is a MUST
Familiar with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements
Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
Able to work independently and manage multiple portfolios
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures and employee records
Handle employee relations and day-to-day HR matters
Support management in building a structured and positive working culture
Process monthly payroll for both internal staff and external clients
Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.)
Liaise with clients on payroll matters and provide timely support
Handle HR-related documentation and reporting for clients
Liaise with internal departments and outsourced clients on HR, payroll, and employee
administration matters
