• Oversees daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service, strong team coordination, and consistent customer experience
• Leads the front-of-house team while supporting kitchen and bar operations
• Ensures Grumpy Bagels’ service and quality standards are consistently met at all times
• Maintains high operational and service standards across the outlet
• Lead, supervise, and support outlet team members
• Ensure excellent customer service experience at all times
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance
• Handle staff scheduling and manpower planning
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Manage stock ordering, inventory, and wastage control
• Assist in training new staff and developing team performance
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Ensure outlet sales targets and operational goals are achieved
• Coordinate with management on operational matters and improvements
